The Denby Bay trailhead for the IMBA Epic-rated Lake Ouachita Vista Trail (LOViT) is just 2.7 miles away, with nearly 40 miles of singletrack winding through the Ouachita Mountains with stunning views of Lake Ouachita, from an easy paved nature loop to challenging mountain terrain, perfect for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running.
Known as the Quartz Crystal Capital of the World, Mount Ida is a great place for rockhounding adventures. Multiple quartz mines are located nearby including Avant, Avatar, Twin Creek Crystal Mine, Wegner, and Crystal Vista Recreation Area.

"This was the perfect property for our family get away! Very quiet and secluded but close proximity to town. You really didn’t have to leave, the house had everything we needed. We visited hot springs one day, rented SXS’s to explore the forest, went gem mining. It was a relaxing yet adventurous vacay."
